👗 Clothing Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible clothing items within 10 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Be requested for exchange within 10 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that all perishable items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any products that are consumable, time-sensitive, or otherwise subject to spoilage.

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
